Plumbing Product Standard Update – ASME A112.18.1-2012/ CSA B125.1-2012

We are providing you with an important notice that the standard ASME A112.18.1-2012/CSA B125.1-2012 Plumbing Supply Fittings had been ｕｐｄａｔｅd in December, 2012 and the old version ASME A112.18.1-2011/CSA B125.1-11 had been withdrawn in December, 2012.
Important information regarding this standards ｕｐｄａｔｅ notification:
1. Clause 4.9.3: Fittings intended to convey or dispense water for human consumption through drinking or cooking shall not contain a weighted average lead content in excess of 0.25% when evaluated in accordance with the test method specified in NSF/ANSI 372.
2. Clause 4.15: Automatic compensating valves shall comply with ASSE 1016/ASME A112.1016/CSA B125.16.
