INTERTEK ：WELL PERFORMANCE TESTING ORGANISATION

Intertek 天祥集團(tuán)已成為最早被GBCI官方認(rèn)可為WELL認(rèn)證體系環(huán)節(jié)中執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場性能驗證（Performance Testing Organisation）的實驗室之一。我們將作為獨立的第三方機(jī)構(gòu)，協(xié)助WELL健康建筑共同致力于提供全方位健康，舒適的人居環(huán)境和服務(wù)。

Intertek is one of the world’s first companies to be approved as a WELL Performance Testing Organisation. We are now authorised to provide independent, third-party verification for building projects pursuing WELL certification in support of human health, productivity, well-being and comfort.

WELL 健康建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是一個基于建筑性能的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，認(rèn)證過程中將會通過實際表現(xiàn)來測量及監(jiān)測室內(nèi)環(huán)境對在建筑空間內(nèi)生活、工作或?qū)W習(xí)的人們的健康和福祉的影響，又被稱作性能驗證。第三方機(jī)構(gòu)要獲得WELL Performance Testing Organisation資質(zhì)，至少需要有1位專業(yè)性能測試代表（performance Testing Agent ），Intertek建筑工程事業(yè)部中國區(qū)已有兩位人員獲得此資格。

WELL Building is a building standards based on building performance verification system, the authentication process will be through the performance verification and monitoring of indoor environment in space people live, work or study of the influence of the health and well-being, also known as performance verification. To qualify as a WELL Performance Testing Organisation, companies must have at least one approved WELL performance Testing Agent. Intertek has currently 2 WELL PTAs in China.

Intertek可以為WELL項目申請方及咨詢顧問公司、各類材料供應(yīng)商提供以下服務(wù)：

  1. WELL健康建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中現(xiàn)場性能驗證解讀咨詢及預(yù)測試。
  2. WELL健康建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中材料的測試和驗證。
  3. 代表GBCI進(jìn)行WELL健康建筑認(rèn)證最終現(xiàn)場性能驗證。

Intertek can provide the following services for owners, consultant , and all kinds of building material suppliers.

  1. Field performance testing consulting and pre-testing for WELL building certification.
  2. Testing for building materials.
  3. Performance verification for WELL building certification on behalf of GBCI

具體工作內(nèi)容包含但不限于：

  1. 空氣質(zhì)量（例如：有機(jī)和無機(jī)氣體，顆粒物）
  2. 水質(zhì) （例如：可溶性化學(xué)物質(zhì)，懸浮固體）
  3. 光屬性（例如：光強(qiáng)，光譜分布）
  4. 熱舒適考量因素（例如：環(huán)境和輻射溫度，濕度）
  5. 聲環(huán)境元素（例如：分貝水平，混響）
  6. 拍照審核部分

Specific work including, but not limited to:

  1. Air Quality (Such as Organic Gas and Inorganic Gas, PM)
  2. Water Quality (Such as Soluble Chemicals, SS)
  3. Optical properties ( Light Intensity, Spectral Distribution)
  4. Thermal comfort (Environment and the Radiation Temperature, Humidity)
  5. Acoustics ( Decibel, Reverberation)
  6. Photo Verification
