INTERTEK ：WELL PERFORMANCE TESTING ORGANISATION
Intertek 天祥集團已成為最早被GBCI官方認可為WELL認證體系環節中執行現場性能驗證（Performance Testing Organisation）的實驗室之一。我們將作為獨立的第三方機構，協助WELL健康建筑共同致力于提供全方位健康，舒適的人居環境和服務。
Intertek is one of the world’s first companies to be approved as a WELL Performance Testing Organisation. We are now authorised to provide independent, third-party verification for building projects pursuing WELL certification in support of human health, productivity, well-being and comfort.
WELL 健康建筑標準是一個基于建筑性能的衡量標準體系，認證過程中將會通過實際表現來測量及監測室內環境對在建筑空間內生活、工作或學習的人們的健康和福祉的影響，又被稱作性能驗證。第三方機構要獲得WELL Performance Testing Organisation資質，至少需要有1位專業性能測試代表（performance Testing Agent ），Intertek建筑工程事業部中國區已有兩位人員獲得此資格。
WELL Building is a building standards based on building performance verification system, the authentication process will be through the performance verification and monitoring of indoor environment in space people live, work or study of the influence of the health and well-being, also known as performance verification. To qualify as a WELL Performance Testing Organisation, companies must have at least one approved WELL performance Testing Agent. Intertek has currently 2 WELL PTAs in China.
